Ways to Volunteer

Our exciting annual whole school event is taking place on Saturday 17th May – pop it in your diary now! 

The PTA needs as many volunteers as possible to put together such a large-scale event and we would be grateful for even an hour of your time to help prepare & set up before hand, man stalls on the day or clear down after the Fayre. 

Help Needed:- 

Friday 16th from 8:30am onwards - Please sign up to come along and join us in the Art Room to help sort donations, White Elephant, books, the tombola, setting up of the cakes, raffle prizes etc.  

Saturday 17th from 9am - 12pm - We will also need lots of help setting the Fayre up on the morning of the 17th May. If that is a more convenient way of offering your help, please sign up to this time window. 

Saturday 17th from 11.30am - 2pm - We have a number of stalls and attractions which require volunteers to help man them on the day. We would be very grateful for just one hour of your support, leaving time for you to enjoy browsing the Fayre yourself.  If you are able to help, please sign up to our VolunteerSignup sheet via the link above.  

Saturday 17th from 2pm - 4pm - May Fayre tidy-up crew 

We are grateful for all offers of help, however small, as the May Fayre cannot run without a significant number of helpers.
